DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We offer delivery to UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle Of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland.

Please note: we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Ireland or BFPO addresses.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Delivery
£3.50 for orders under £60.
Free for orders over £60.

We aim to dispatch standard deliveries within 48 hours and are sent via DPD tracked delivery. Items typically arrive 24 hours after dispatch.

Express Delivery
£4.99

We aim to dispatch express deliveries within 24 hours and are sent via DPD tracked delivery. Items typically arrive 24 hours after dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number when your package leaves Saddleback HQ.

Once your order is dispatched it should arrive the next day.

Please note: no Saturday or Sunday delivery is available.

Delivery may take longer than the times stated to Northern Ireland, the Isle Of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland.

Please note that as we use an insured and tracked signed-for service, somebody at your address will need to be available to sign for your delivery. If there is no-one in to sign for your delivery, this may result in your package being delayed.

DELIVERY TRACKING

You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier when your item has left our warehouse. 

You can track your order on the DPD website. Please note, it can take a while for the tracking number to register on the tracking system. If not tracking information is immediately available, please try again later.

Sorry, we are unable to offer collections at this time.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation which will contain DPD tracking number. 

You can input this on the DPD website to track your order. It may take a while for the tracking number to be registered on the Parcelforce tracking system, so if there are no results, please try again later.

We deliver to UK addresses only including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of White, Anglesey, The Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Hebrides and the Island groups of Orkney and Shetland. 

Please note: we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands, British Forces Post Office addresses or Ireland.

We are unable to offer weekend deliveries or deliveries on public holidays.

No, you can choose to have your Saddleback parcel delivered to an alternative address during the checkout process.

If neither you nor someone at your address is available to sign for your Saddleback delivery, the courier will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local DPD depot. In such cases, you will receive an attempted delivery card and they delivery tracking status on the DPD will change to 'Delivery Attempted'.

Please check your mailbox for an attempted delivery card, which will detail the location of your parcel.

In the event there is no attempted delivery card, please use your tracking number on the DPD website to find your Parcel ID number, then contact DPD directly via the company's online form or by calling 0344 800 4466 (local rate number).

In the unlikely event that there is a disputed delivery, please get in touch with the Saddleback customer service team by emailing info@saddleback.co.uk or calling 01454 285285 and we will do our utmost to solve the issue.

If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the courier will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local DPD depot.

You should have received an attempted delivery card but in the event that you have not, please use your tracking number on the DPD to find your Parcel ID number. You will need this number and identification to claim your parcel at your local Post Office.

If your item arrives with damage to the packaging, please sign for the item as damaged - this is essential in the event of a claim being made.

Please check the contents of your parcel with extra care. If the goods are lost, damaged or soiled please contact the Saddleback customer service team by emailing info@saddleback.co.uk or calling 01454 285285.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMER

Although we always do everything in our power to get your items to you next-day, we cannot guarantee this. However, with the exception of bikes and wheelsets marked as 'built to order' (which we build in-house in our workshop) in our experience, the vast majority of our customers do receive their Saddleback orders the next working day when ordered before 2pm.
